Atlanta’s Own PLUTO Launches “Pluto World Tour” in Celebration of Upcoming Album Release

Brianna JohnsonBrianna JohnsonAugust 29, 20254 Minutes read

Rising Atlanta rapper PLUTO has announced her highly anticipated headlining “Pluto World Tour,” a 14-date national trek that will coincide with the release of her forthcoming album, “PLUTO WORLD,” set to drop on September 26. Promoted by Live Nation, the tour is slated to commence on October 31st in Chicago, promising to bring PLUTO’s dynamic stage presence to major cities across the United States before concluding on November 30th in Phoenix.

A National Showcase: “Pluto World Tour” Details

The “Pluto World Tour” marks a significant milestone in the young artist’s career, offering fans an extensive opportunity to experience her music live. The tour commences on Halloween night, October 31st, at the Riviera Theatre in Chicago. Throughout November, PLUTO will traverse the country, with scheduled stops including The Fillmore Detroit on November 1st, The Fillmore Minneapolis on November 4th, and The Sylvee in Madison, Wisconsin, on November 7th. The tour continues to the East Coast with a performance at Brooklyn Paramount in New York on November 10th, followed by The Fillmore Philadelphia on November 11th, and The Fillmore Silver Spring in Maryland on November 13th. As a nod to her hometown, the tour will feature a highly anticipated stop at the iconic Tabernacle in Atlanta on November 16th. The journey then moves south to Miami Beach, with a stop at the Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theatre on November 20th, before heading to The Fillmore Charlotte in North Carolina on November 22nd. The tour will then hit Texas, with dates at House of Blues in Dallas on November 25th and House of Blues in Houston on November 26th. The tour is scheduled to conclude on the West Coast, with a performance at The Belasco in Los Angeles on November 29th, and wrapping up in Phoenix, Arizona, at The Van Buren on November 30th.

Tickets for the “Pluto World Tour” are currently available for purchase via the artist’s official website, plutonotdabratt.com. Recognizing the evolving fan experience, the tour also offers various VIP packages. These premium options aim to elevate the concert experience, potentially including benefits such as priority entry, opportunities for meet-and-greets with PLUTO, limited-edition autographed merchandise, and exclusive video content, providing fans with a deeper connection to the artist.

“PLUTO WORLD”: The Sonic Foundation for the Tour

Central to the tour’s narrative is the imminent release of PLUTO’s debut album, “PLUTO WORLD.” Set for September 26, the album is expected to serve as a comprehensive showcase of her evolving sound and artistic vision. The announcement of the album, coupled with the tour, suggests a carefully orchestrated campaign designed to capture the attention of both existing fans and new listeners. The release of the album follows the recent drop of her latest single, “Party All Night,” a high-octane track that demonstrates her signature energy and lyrical style.

A Star Ascends: PLUTO’s Rapid Rise in Hip-Hop

PLUTO, a 21-year-old artist hailing from the West Side of Atlanta, has quickly become a prominent voice in the contemporary hip-hop scene. Her journey into music began at the age of 14, honing her skills by writing freestyles and recording herself over popular beats. This DIY approach and dedication have been foundational to her ascent, culminating in a record deal with Motown Records in March 2025. Her debut album, “BOTH WAYS,” released in June 2025, laid the groundwork for her growing success. The project was significantly propelled by her breakout single, “WHIM WHAMIEE,” which transformed into a summer anthem and a viral sensation, accumulating over 24 million global streams and billions of views on TikTok. The track’s success, along with its remix featuring Sexyy Red, has cemented PLUTO’s status as a notable artist. The single “WHIM WHAMIEE” was noted for its catchy nature and explicit lyrics about wealth and relationships, with production from Zaytoven. The album “BOTH WAYS” itself received mixed reviews, with some praising its energy and production, while others pointed to a struggle in finding a consistent sound. However, the overall momentum generated by “WHIM WHAMIEE” and the subsequent “BOTH WAYS” deluxe edition has positioned PLUTO for this next phase of her career.

The Live Nation Effect: Amplifying Reach and Credibility

Partnering with Live Nation, a global leader in live entertainment, for her headlining tour is a significant indicator of PLUTO’s burgeoning career trajectory. Live Nation’s involvement typically translates to enhanced marketing, wider distribution of tickets, and access to extensive promotional channels. This collaboration not only validates her status as a noteworthy emerging artist but also amplifies her music’s reach, introducing her to new fan bases and solidifying her position as a top contender in contemporary hip-hop. The partnership underscores the strategic approach PLUTO and her team are taking to maximize her national exposure.

The Atlanta Hip Hop Scene and PLUTO’s Place in It

As an Atlanta native, PLUTO emerges from a city with a rich and influential hip-hop heritage. Her journey from local artist to national touring act reflects a compelling narrative of talent, hard work, and strategic engagement with contemporary platforms. Her ability to connect with a broad audience through relatable lyrics and energetic performances has positioned her as a significant voice within the current music scene. This tour is not just a platform for her music, but a testament to the evolving landscape of hip-hop and the artists who are defining its future. Atlanta continues to be a powerhouse for new music talent, and PLUTO’s rise is another testament to the city’s enduring impact on the hip-hop genre.

Conclusion: Charting a New Course

The “Pluto World Tour” and the “PLUTO WORLD” album announcement collectively represent a new chapter for the Atlanta rapper. Her journey from an emerging artist to a headlining tour performer underscores her dedication and the undeniable impact of her music. As she prepares to embark on this national tour and release her new album, PLUTO is setting the stage to leave an indelible mark on the hip-hop genre, showcasing her artistry and further cementing her place as a top emerging artist in the music industry.
